Hire Options (formerly Legal Option Group/Corporate Option) is dedicated to creating and sustaining long term relationships with both our law firm and corporate clients and candidates. Karen Chasalow Saken, Ira Goldstein and Lisa Aronson share over 75 years of experience in the staffing industry. Everything we do, from interviewing candidates, to testing, to matching clients and candidates with jobs that meet their specific needs, is accomplished with great thoroughness and attention to detail.

We were established in 1997 and are committed to serving the legal and corporate community in Los Angeles based on these standards and ethics. Beginning in 2018 we rebranded Legal Option Group/Corporate Option as Hire Options Inc to better indicate the variety of businesses we work with.

HOW WE DO WHAT WE DO

For our candidates, the Hire Options process is different than most other agencies. We make it a personal experience. Candidates come into our offices, meet with a Direct Hire and/or Temp consultant to discuss possible career opportunities before being tested on their skills. We realize how important and unique each candidate is, and we conduct specialized searches for each individual.

For our clients Hire Options focuses on building relationships.
