Our Process

Review & Apply

Please review & apply to our available positions or send your resume to resume@hireoptions.com. Based on your work experience and background, we'll match you with a Recruiting Manager to discuss possible long-term and short-term career opportunities.


Zoom Interview

Next, you’ll meet with the Recruiting Manager on Zoom. Our goal is to present you with various opportunities so that together, we can figure out what best suits your background, skill set and lifestyle. Additionally, all candidates are tested on applicable skills, such as Microsoft Office applications, typing, and sector-specific knowledge.

Job Search

Your Recruiting Manager will begin checking your references and submitting your resume to the openings discussed during the Zoom meeting. Our goal is to find a placement that fits your schedule, working style, and cultural preferences.

Interviews

Once interviews are scheduled for the positions discussed, your Recruiting Manager will schedule a mock interview with you to practice, discuss who you will be meeting and go over any questions you may have.


Job Offer & Acceptance

You have gone through the interview process and the client would like to make you an offer!
