Hire Options is dedicated to creating and sustaining long term relationships with both our law firm and corporate clients and candidates. Karen Chasalow Saken, Ira Goldstein and Lisa Aronson share over 75 years of experience in the staffing industry. Everything we do, from interviewing candidates, to testing, to matching clients and candidates with career opportunities that meet their specific needs, is accomplished with a high level of attention to detail and a personal touch. We stand by our work and our word.
We were established in 1997 and are committed to serving the legal and corporate communities in the Greater Los Angeles area and beyond based on these standards and ethics. Our clients and candidates receive our personal attention and a degree of assurance that can only come from many years of experience filling positions in law firms including Attorneys, Executives, Administrators, Legal Assistants, Paralegals, Records Clerks, Word Processors, Accounting & Marketing personnel, HR & IT Professionals, and more.
In 2018 we rebranded as Hire Options Inc to reflect the growing variety of businesses with which we work.

HOW WE DO WHAT WE DO
The Hire Options process is a personal experience. Our candidates meet with a Direct Hire and/or Temp consultant to discuss possible career opportunities. We have long-standing relationships with our clients and candidates that allow us to consistently make successful matches.
We are not in the business to make just one deal, we want to help you with ALL your staffing needs. You will quickly understand through working with us that we are thorough in our screening process, ethical in our negotiating, and always have the client and candidate’s best interest in mind. Our stock in trade is our integrity and reputation.
